International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at Grenfell Campus

The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is observed annually on March 21, it commemorates the 69 people killed in 1960 during a peaceful anti-apartheid demonstration in Sharpeville, South Africa.

I am both grateful and honoured to have spoken at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University on March 21, about my continued efforts to fight racism and encourage allyship.
